No-Bake Strawberry Mousse

This recipe came together during a warm week, and the chilled texture made it instantly refreshing and satisfying.

  • Blender or food processor
  • Mixing Bowls
  • Electric mixer

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 50 g Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Puree the strawberries using a blender or food processor.
  • Whip the cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream mixture.
  • Divide the mousse into serving dishes and chill for 2 hours before serving.
