For the Cake Layers
- 500 g Mint Oreo cookies, crushed
For the Cream Filling
- 250 g Cream cheese, softened
- 120 g Butter, softened
- 150 g Powdered sugar
- 2 boxes Chocolate pudding mix Prepare according to package directions
- 1 L Cold milk For pudding
- 300 ml Whipped topping Thawed
Use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Prepare the chocolate pudding using the cold milk according to the package directions. Let it set slightly.
Gently combine the prepared pudding mixture with the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
Fold the whipped topping into the pudding and cream mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
In a serving dish, begin layering the dessert. Place half of the crushed Mint Oreos on the bottom. Top this with half of the cream filling. Repeat the layers with the remaining Oreos and filling.
Cover the dish and chill the Mint Oreo Dirt Cake for at least 4 hours before you serve it. This allows the layers to set properly.
You can use a different flavor of Oreo if you prefer, but the mint flavor pairs well with the chocolate pudding for a refreshing taste.
