Ingredients
  

  • 200 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 150 g fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 10 g fresh basil chopped
  • 1 Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine tomatoes and mozzarella pearls in a bowl.
  • Add olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss gently until coated.
  • Spoon mixture into small serving cups.
  • Chill 10 minutes before serving.
