- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa (mild or medium)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Large flour tortillas
Mix the cream cheese, salsa, and chili powder in a bowl until the mixture is smooth.
Fold in the shredded chicken and the shredded cheese until they are evenly combined with the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the entire mixture evenly over the surface of the large flour tortillas.
Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap it. Chill the rolled tortillas for 30 minutes.
Slice the chilled rolls into individual pinwheels and arrange them on a serving plate.
