Melted Chocolate Cookies
These cookies feature a rich, soft center thanks to the melted chocolate base. They are simple to make and result in very rich cookies.

- 150 g dark chocolate, melted
- 80 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 120 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Melt the chocolate and butter together.
Add the sugar and egg, then whisk these ingredients well.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixture.
Mix all ingredients until the dough is thick and glossy.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a prepared baking tray.
Bake for 10 to 11 minutes at 175°C.
When I first tested these, my kids hovered around the counter waiting for the chocolate to cool just enough to taste. One bite in, and we all agreed they were some of the richest cookies we’d ever made.
