Ingredients
  

  • 6 English muffins
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices cheese
  • 6 turkey bacon or chicken sausage

Instructions
 

  • Cook the eggs and the turkey bacon or sausage in a skillet until done.
  • Toast the English muffins.
  • Assemble the sandwiches using one egg, one slice of cheese, and the meat on each muffin half.
  • Wrap each sandwich individually and place them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Reheat the sandwiches in the microwave or oven before you eat them.
