- 6 English muffins
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices cheese
- 6 turkey bacon or chicken sausage
Cook the eggs and the turkey bacon or sausage in a skillet until done.
Toast the English muffins.
Assemble the sandwiches using one egg, one slice of cheese, and the meat on each muffin half.
Wrap each sandwich individually and place them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
