Lucky Charms Marshmallow Cream Macarons

Marshmallow Cream Filling
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup marshmallow cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Bake your macaron shells according to your preferred recipe and allow them to cool completely.
Beat the softened butter in a bowl until it is smooth in texture.
Add the marshmallow cream and powdered sugar to the butter.
Beat the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy. I refined the marshmallow cream to stay fluffy so it didn’t overwhelm the delicate shells.
Gently fold in the Lucky Charms marshmallows.
Assemble the macarons by sandwiching the filling between two shells, then chill them before serving.
This filling is designed to be soft and sweet. If you prefer a firmer filling, you can reduce the marshmallow cream slightly or add a small amount of additional powdered sugar.
