Instructions
Combine the cooked chicken, yogurt, celery, and grapes in a mixing bowl.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your preference.
Mix all ingredients until they are well combined.
Cover the bowl and chill the chicken salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
Serve the salad on lettuce leaves or toast.
