Light Summer Chicken Salad

A lighter dressing keeps this salad refreshing and balanced for summer meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup grapes halved
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cooked chicken, yogurt, celery, and grapes in a mixing bowl.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your preference.
  • Mix all ingredients until they are well combined.
  • Cover the bowl and chill the chicken salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve the salad on lettuce leaves or toast.
