Keto Beef Lunch Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices Cooked roast beef, thin
  • 4 tbsp Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp Chives, chopped
  • 1 Cucumber Cut into sticks

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cream cheese with the chopped chives in a small bowl.
  • Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of roast beef.
  • Place one or two cucumber sticks at one end of the beef slice.
  • Roll the beef tightly into a spiral shape around the cucumber.
  • Keep the rolls chilled in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve them.
