Ingredients
  

  • 400 g cooked chicken breast, finely chopped
  • 150 g cream cheese, softened
  • 80 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 jalapeños, finely diced and seeded Use up to 2 for more heat
  • 5 g garlic powder
  • 2 g salt
  • 1 g black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Mix the softened cream cheese in a bowl until it is smooth.
  • Add the chopped chicken, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix everything thoroughly until it is evenly combined.
  • Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread an even layer of the filling over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly into logs.
  • Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate them for at least 1 hour to allow them to firm up.
  • Remove the plastic wrap and slice the logs into 2 to 3 cm pinwheels using a sharp knife.
  • Serve the pinwheels chilled or at room temperature.
