Honey Roasted Onions

- 4 large onions, cut into wedges
- 30 ml olive oil
- 40 g honey
- 3 g salt
- 1 g black pepper
- 5 g fresh thyme optional
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place onion wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Drizzle with olive oil and honey.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and thyme.
Toss gently to coat evenly.
Roast 30 to 35 minutes until caramelized and tender.
Serve warm as a side dish.
