Honey Roasted Onions

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large onions, cut into wedges

  • 40 g honey
  • 3 g salt
  • 1 g black pepper
  • 5 g fresh thyme optional

Instructions

  • Place onion wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and honey.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Roast 30 to 35 minutes until caramelized and tender.
