Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 limes juice of
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

For the Bowl

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup avocado
  • 1/2 cup corn

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the cubed chicken with the lime juice, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
  • Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is caramelized and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
  • Cook the rice separately according to package directions.
  • Assemble your bowl by layering the cooked rice, the cooked chicken, sliced avocado, and corn.
  • Drizzle extra lime juice over the bowl and garnish with cilantro for a fresh finish before serving.
