Marinate the cubed chicken with the lime juice, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is caramelized and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
Cook the rice separately according to package directions.
Assemble your bowl by layering the cooked rice, the cooked chicken, sliced avocado, and corn.
Drizzle extra lime juice over the bowl and garnish with cilantro for a fresh finish before serving.
