Holiday Non Alcoholic Punch
I first created this punch for a holiday photoshoot, and even behind the scenes, everyone kept sneaking sips between shots. Its sparkle, color, and refreshing sweetness made it an instant favorite — the kind of drink that brings cheer the moment it hits the table.

For a single serving, start with ice. Fill a 10-12 ounce cup with ice.
Combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, sparkling cider, and ginger ale in the cup. Gently stir with a straw or stirrer.
Garnish with fresh orange slices, cranberries, apples, fresh rosemary, or other desired items.
For a pitcher or punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, sparkling apple cider, and ginger ale in your container. Gently stir with a spoon to combine. Avoid over-stirring to keep the carbonation.
Add several cups of ice to fill the pitcher or punch bowl.
Garnish with fresh orange slices, cranberries, apples, fresh rosemary, or other desired items.
Combine the cranberry juice and orange juice ahead of time. Add the sparkling cider and ginger ale just before serving to keep the fizz.
We use diet ginger ale to lower the sugar content. You can use a lemon-lime soda like Sprite if you prefer. For a spicier taste, substitute ginger beer for the ginger ale.
To keep the punch cold without adding many small ice cubes, freeze water in a bundt pan with cranberries and fresh rosemary to create a large ice ring. To release the ring, set the frozen pan in a bowl of cool water for a few minutes, then gently place the ice ring into the punch bowl.
