Ingredients
  

  • 1 pea-sized portion (300–500 mg) of purified Himalayan Shilajit resin
  • 200 ml warm filtered water not boiling
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional
  • 1–2 tsp lemon juice or ginger juice optional

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a small cup or jar, add the Shilajit resin to warm water.
  • 2. Stir well until fully dissolved.
  • 3. Add raw honey and lemon or ginger juice if desired.
  • 4. Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.
  • 5. Repeat daily for best results.

Do not exceed 500 mg per day unless advised by a professional.
