Instructions
 

  • Cook ground protein in olive oil until browned.
  • Add taco seasoning and a splash of water; simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add quinoa or rice to your serving bowls.
  • Top the base with the cooked protein, black beans, and fresh vegetables.
  • Finish with a spoon of Greek yogurt if you want a creamy topping.
