High Protein Summer Shrimp Bowl

This bowl adds protein with shrimp while keeping the dish light for summer eating.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shrimp
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For Presentation

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cook the shrimp in olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  • Assemble your bowl with the cooked rice and broccoli.
  • Top the assembled bowl with lemon juice and sesame seeds.
