High Protein Chicken Pasta

This pasta recipe came together while I was adapting recipes for higher protein needs. It quickly became a reliable favorite for active individuals and families needing filling, protein-rich meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Protein pasta (lentil or chickpea pasta)
  • 500 g Grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 60 g Grated Parmesan
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Toss hot pasta with olive oil and seasoning.
  • Add chicken and tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Serve hot or pack for meal prep.
