Hearty Savory Breakfast Plate

  • Skillet
  • Grill pan or outdoor grill

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup roasted potatoes
  • 1 cup sautéed mushrooms
  • 1 grilled tomato halves
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • As needed Olive oil
  • To taste salt
  • To taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • Roast potatoes until they are crispy.
  • Sauté mushrooms in olive oil in a skillet.
  • Grill tomato halves until slightly charred.
  • Cook eggs to your preferred doneness.
  • Assemble all components on a plate and season with salt and pepper.
