Healthy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

This recipe provides a lighter version of classic Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta. You can enjoy a creamy, comforting meal that balances flavor with healthier ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Whole wheat pasta
  • 500 g Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic, minced
  • 200 ml Light cream or Greek yogurt
  • 80 g Grated Parmesan
  • To taste Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until it reaches the al dente stage.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until it is fully done.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the chicken and cook briefly, about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  • Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the light cream or Greek yogurt and the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
  • Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the sauce and chicken. Toss everything together until the pasta is coated. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
