Ingredients
  

  • 400 g grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 200 g cooked quinoa or brown rice
  • 150 g black beans, rinsed
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced

For the Dressing

  • 60 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 5 g taco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Season the grilled chicken with taco seasoning.
  • Place the quinoa or rice at the base of your bowls.
  • Arrange the seasoned chicken, black beans, tomatoes, and avocado on top of the base layer.
  • Mix the Greek yogurt with the lime juice, then drizzle this mixture over the bowl contents.
  • Serve the taco bowls immediately.
