Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Whole-grain bread
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Avocado sliced
  • 1 slice Cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread slices.
  • Heat a small pan with olive oil.
  • Fry the egg to your preference.
  • Place the cheese slice on one warm piece of toast.
  • Add the fried egg and avocado slices on top of the cheese.
  • Season lightly with salt and pepper, then close the sandwich with the second slice of toast.
