Bowl Components

  • 1 cup grilled chicken
  • 1/2 cup rice or quinoa
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup feta

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic

Instructions
 

  • Place the rice or quinoa, grilled chicken, cucumber, and tomatoes into a bowl.
  • In a small separate container, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic to create the sauce.
  • Top the bowl ingredients with the feta cheese.
  • Drizzle the prepared sauce over the bowl contents.
  • Garnish with olives and herbs for a Mediterranean look.
