Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground turkey or beef
  • 1 cup Gluten-free baking mix
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients until they are fully incorporated.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Place the balls on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 to 22 minutes until the sausage balls are cooked through.

Notes

It was important to me that these still felt just as hearty and familiar as the classic version when making them gluten-free.
