Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Dip

This dip is warm, garlicky, and meant to be shared straight from the bowl. It is a crowd-pleasing, savory snack perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 120 g cream cheese, softened
  • 60 g sour cream
  • 60 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 15 g unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 g salt
  • 1 g black pepper
  • 5 g chopped parsley for topping

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a small pan over low heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove the pan from the heat.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the garlic butter, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Stir everything together well.
  • Transfer the dip mixture to a small baking dish.
  • Bake at 180°C for 12 to 15 minutes until the dip is warm and slightly bubbly.
  • Sprinkle the chopped parsley on top and serve the dip immediately with soft pretzels.
