Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers (Oven or Air Fryer)

This recipe provides instructions for making flavorful chicken skewers using either an oven or an air fryer. The chicken is coated in garlic and oil before cooking, then finished with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken cubes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves Minced
  • 40 g Grated Parmesan cheese For finishing

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken cubes in a bowl. Add the olive oil and minced garlic. Toss the chicken until all pieces are evenly coated.
  • Thread the coated chicken pieces onto the skewers.
  • If using an oven, bake on a baking sheet at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes. If using an air fryer, cook at 200°C (400°F) for 12 to 15 minutes, checking for doneness.
  • Remove the cooked skewers from the heat source. Immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot chicken before serving.

Notes

I remember brushing the garlic-parmesan sauce onto these skewers while styling them and thinking how irresistible the aroma was. Even before tasting, everyone around the set was already asking when we could eat, which signals a good recipe.
