Garlic Cheese Fondue

- 300 g Gruyère, shredded
- 200 g mozzarella, shredded
- 1 garlic clove
- 250 ml milk
- 10 g cornstarch
Rub the inside of the saucepan with the garlic clove.
Heat milk gently without letting it boil.
Toss the shredded cheeses with the cornstarch.
Gradually add the cheese mixture to the warm milk, stirring constantly.
Cook until the fondue is smooth and thick.
Serve immediately with bread cubes for dipping.
