Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray.
2. Melt butter, then whisk with sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
4. Spread batter in pan and bake 25–30 minutes. Let cool.
5. Cut into squares and top each with a marshmallow.
6. Drizzle melted white chocolate to form ghost shapes.
7. Add candy eyes or pipe faces with melted dark chocolate.
Notes
Make ahead: Store brownies in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Decorate just before serving for best results.
