Instructions
Cut the cheddar and gouda cheese into bite-sized pieces and set aside. Wash the grapes and shake off excess water.
Lay out a tray or flat surface. Start at the bottom and arrange alternating layers of cheese and grapes to form a tree shape.
Adjust the arrangement to refine the tree shape. Scatter pomegranate seeds around the tree and tuck in arugula leaves.
Use pecans to create a trunk. Cut a star shape from sliced cheese using a cookie cutter and place it at the top.
Serve immediately or refrigerate covered for up to 24 hours before serving.
Notes
For a festive touch, add cranberries or rosemary sprigs as additional decorations.
