Ingredients
  

For the Bowl

  • 1 cup Grilled chicken
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1/2 cup Corn
  • 1/2 cup Black beans
  • 1/2 unit Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes

For the Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Cumin

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice according to package directions. Heat the pre-cooked chicken if needed.
  • Prepare the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, lime juice, and cumin in a small bowl.
  • Assemble the bowl by placing the rice in the base. Arrange the chicken, corn, black beans, sliced avocado, and tomatoes in separate sections on top of the rice.
  • Drizzle the prepared dressing over all the ingredients. Toss lightly before eating.

Notes

Fresh toppings made this bowl satisfying during testing. Garnish the finished bowl with fresh cilantro and a lime wedge for presentation.
