Cook the rice according to package directions. Heat the pre-cooked chicken if needed.
Prepare the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, lime juice, and cumin in a small bowl.
Assemble the bowl by placing the rice in the base. Arrange the chicken, corn, black beans, sliced avocado, and tomatoes in separate sections on top of the rice.
Drizzle the prepared dressing over all the ingredients. Toss lightly before eating.
