Fresh Strawberry Mousse

Strawberry desserts remind me of spring afternoons spent baking with my mom, using the ripest fruit we could find. This mousse is light and fruity.

  • Whisk or electric mixer
  • Serving Glasses

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 300 ml heavy cream, cold

Instructions
 

  • Blend strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Whip cream to soft peaks.
  • Gently fold strawberry purée into whipped cream.
  • Spoon into serving glasses.
  • Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
