This bowl came together during a test day when I wanted something quick but vibrant, and it instantly became a repeat lunch option.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup cucumbers
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • to taste Olive oil and lemon
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Assemble the avocado, feta cheese, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
  • Drizzle the ingredients with olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Season the bowl with pepper.
