Fall Sausage Soup Recipe

This soup uses seasonal vegetables and savory sausage to create a hearty, warming meal perfect for autumn evenings. I love adjusting sausage soups in fall, adding vegetables and herbs that make the dish feel perfectly in season.

Notes

This recipe is easy to adapt. You can add a splash of heavy cream at the end for a creamier texture, or stir in dried herbs like thyme or sage during the simmering stage to deepen the fall flavor.
