Ingredients
  

  • 4 very ripe bananas
  • 120 ml vegetable oil
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 60 ml milk

Instructions
 

  • Mash bananas until very smooth.
  • Whisk in oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
  • Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Mix until just combined.
  • Pour batter into loaf pan.
  • Bake at 175°C for 55 minutes.
