Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup chicken
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup carrots

For Garnish

  • sesame seeds for topping

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice according to package directions.
  • Cook the chicken until done.
  • Steam the broccoli and carrots until tender.
  • Combine the cooked rice, chicken, and steamed vegetables in a bowl.
  • Top the bowl with sesame seeds before serving.
