Ingredients
For the Wrap

tortillas
1
cup
grilled chicken
sliced thin
1/2
avocado
1
lettuce
1
tomato
shredded carrots
For the Sauce
1/4
cup
Greek yogurt
1
tbsp
lemon juice
1
tsp
garlic powder
Instructions
Warm the tortillas briefly to prevent them from cracking when rolled.
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic powder to create the sauce.
Spread the sauce evenly over the surface of each warm tortilla.
Layer the sliced chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and shredded carrots evenly over the sauce.
Roll each tortilla tightly.
Let the rolled wraps rest seam-side down for about 5 minutes before slicing.
Slice the wraps diagonally and wrap each half in parchment paper for serving.
