Easy Summer Chicken Wrap

Wraps made summer lunches simple and easy to prepare. This recipe is quick and light for warm weather.

Equipment

  • Skillet or Microwave (for warming tortillas)

Ingredients
  

For the Wrap

  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 cup grilled chicken sliced thin
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • shredded carrots

For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Warm the tortillas briefly to prevent them from cracking when rolled.
  • In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic powder to create the sauce.
  • Spread the sauce evenly over the surface of each warm tortilla.
  • Layer the sliced chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and shredded carrots evenly over the sauce.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly.
  • Let the rolled wraps rest seam-side down for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice the wraps diagonally and wrap each half in parchment paper for serving.
