Ingredients
  

  • 600 g chicken breast
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • To taste Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add the chicken on top of the onions.
  • Add the minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
  • Pour the chicken broth over all ingredients.
  • Cook on LOW for 6 hours or on HIGH for 3 hours.
  • Shred the chicken using two forks or serve the chicken whole.
