Easy Cinnamon Banana Quick Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix the mashed bananas, sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
  • Whisk the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together in a separate bowl.
  • Combine the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients gently. Do not overmix the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan briefly before slicing.
