Easy Christmas Eve Punch

While preparing for a family gathering, I created this punch as a last-minute addition and it quickly became the star of the table. Everyone loved how refreshing it was, and I loved how simple it was to put together. Now, it’s a Christmas Eve tradition.

Equipment

  • Large drink dispenser

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Cranberry juice or pomegranate cranberry juice
  • 3 cups Pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp Almond extract
  • 3 liters Ginger ale
  • 1 bag (12 oz.) Fresh cranberries optional
  • 2 Fresh limes, sliced optional
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Pour cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and almond extract into a large drink dispenser and mix them together.
  • Pour in the ginger ale and give the mixture one quick stir.
  • Add the cranberries, ice, and any lime slices to the dispenser.
  • Serve the punch within a few hours for the best flavor, as the ginger ale will start to go flat.

Notes

This recipe highlights sparkling beverages, fruit slices, and a deep holiday color that sets the mood on Christmas Eve. You can easily make this alcoholic by adding spirits like vodka or white rum before serving.
