Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted. Let cool for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Add vanilla extract and gently mix to combine.
Slowly fold in the cooled melted chocolate while mixing on low speed until just combined.
Spoon or pipe into serving dishes. Serve immediately for a light texture or refrigerate for a firmer mousse.

Top with fresh berries, mint leaves, or crushed cookies for variation. Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
