  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, whip the cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Add vanilla extract and gently mix to combine.
  • Slowly fold in the cooled melted chocolate while mixing on low speed until just combined.
  • Spoon or pipe into serving dishes. Serve immediately for a light texture or refrigerate for a firmer mousse.
