Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the halved tomatoes and chopped spinach into one oven-safe bowl.
  • Crack the eggs on top of the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.
  • Serve the bowl hot.
