Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the halved tomatoes and chopped spinach into one oven-safe bowl.
Crack the eggs on top of the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.
Serve the bowl hot.
