I refined these pancakes to feel special enough for brunch while still being easy to make at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Pancake batter
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips or berries
  • Whipped cream
  • Maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Cook pancakes on a hot, lightly greased skillet.
  • Add chocolate chips or berries to the batter while cooking.
  • Stack pancakes on a plate.
  • Top with whipped cream and drizzle with syrup.
  • Serve immediately.
