Ingredients
  

Fruity Base

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2/3 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups ice

Malibu Frosting (non-alcoholic)

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream or coconut cream for dairy-free version
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp coconut extract

Instructions
 

  • Place the strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses—leave room for the topping!
  • In a chilled bowl, whip the cream (or coconut cream) with powdered sugar and coconut extract until fluffy.
  • Dollop or pipe the Malibu frosting over each drink. Garnish as desired and serve immediately.

Notes
