Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken Freezer Meal

  • Freezer bag
  • Crockpot

Ingredients
  

  • 700 g chicken breasts
  • 180 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a freezer bag.
  • Freeze the bag for up to 3 months.
  • Thaw the contents overnight before cooking.
  • Cook in the crockpot on LOW for 6 hours.
  • Shred the chicken and serve it over rice.
