Creamy Slow Cooker Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 600 g Chicken breast
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 cups Potatoes
  • 3 cups Chicken broth
  • 120 ml Cream
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the onion, carrots, potatoes, and chicken breast into the slow cooker.
  • Pour in the chicken broth. Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
  • Remove the chicken from the slow cooker, shred it using two forks, and return the shredded chicken to the pot.
  • Stir in the cream until the soup is fully mixed.
  • Serve the soup warm.
