Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a jar, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Stir and enjoy cold.
