Creamy Beef Hobo Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 3 potatoes sliced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet until it is lightly browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Layer the sliced potatoes, cooked beef, and diced onion into your baking dish.
  • Spread the can of cream of chicken soup evenly over the layers in the dish.
  • Cover the dish with a lid or foil and bake for 50 minutes.
  • Remove the cover, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

This is a simple, family-friendly meal that works well with basic pantry items. You can add other vegetables like frozen peas or carrots if you wish.
