Skillet
- 500 g ground beef
- 3 potatoes sliced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pinch Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
Cook the ground beef in a skillet until it is lightly browned. Drain any excess fat.
Layer the sliced potatoes, cooked beef, and diced onion into your baking dish.
Spread the can of cream of chicken soup evenly over the layers in the dish.
Cover the dish with a lid or foil and bake for 50 minutes.
Remove the cover, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
This is a simple, family-friendly meal that works well with basic pantry items. You can add other vegetables like frozen peas or carrots if you wish.
