Creamy Alfredo Spaghetti Bread Bowl

The glossy alfredo sauce against the golden bread made this one of the most visually satisfying dishes to style.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 2 bread bowls
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 Parsley optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti until al dente.
  • Melt butter in a pan, add garlic and sauté briefly.
  • Pour in cream and simmer gently.
  • Add parmesan and stir until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Prepare bread bowls with light garlic butter and bake 8 minutes.
  • Toss spaghetti with Alfredo sauce.
  • Fill bread bowls and garnish with parsley.
