Cold Summer Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
  

Wrap Components

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken sliced
  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1 avocado

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl until the sauce is smooth.
  • Spread the prepared sauce evenly over the surface of both tortillas.
  • Layer the sliced chicken, lettuce, cucumber, and avocado on top of the sauce on each tortilla.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly. Fold in the ends before slicing each wrap in half.
  • Chill the wraps for 20 minutes. This helps them hold their structure better when serving.
  • Wrap each half in parchment paper and serve with fresh fruit or a side salad.

Notes
