Cold Chicken Wrap

This recipe provides a quick, no-heat meal option, perfect for hot days when you do not want to reheat food. Cold wraps are simple to prepare and convenient.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large tortillas
  • 1 cup Cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt sauce Use your preferred recipe

Instructions
 

  • Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread the yogurt sauce evenly over the surface of each tortilla.
  • Layer the shredded chicken, lettuce, and cucumber on top of the sauce.
  • Assemble and roll each tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
  • Wrap each roll tightly in parchment paper. Chill the wraps for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Slice the chilled wraps in half for presentation.
