  • 1 cup cooked rice cooled
  • 1 cup cooked chicken sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Topping

  • sesame seeds
  • green onions

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice and cool it completely for the best texture.
  • Cook or use leftover chicken and slice it thin.
  • Assemble the bowl with the cold rice and vegetables.
  • Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the ingredients.
  • Toss the bowl lightly before you eat it.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top for a fresh look.
